From the beginning we had nothing but proffesional help from all the staff here. We put our deposit down 5 mins. after viewing our new home. It has great child friendly areas that are well maintained and well lit. I am one of those over-protective mothers and I feel totally at ease with my kids being outside here.
The maintance staff is here the same day we call and many times with in minutes of being called. They are always professional and friendly.
The office staff does the same. They put 110% effort forward to assist you with any problems you may have. They also try and have family freindly activities once a month. That deserves a big applause.
As for the neighbors there has been some problems but we realize we are living in a diverse community and some people will complain just to complain. The office staff handled the complaints fairly and promptly.
All in all my family and myself love living here. The location can't be beat, the staff is grade A, the property is always kept nice, clean, and safe.We will be here a long time.
