good for the money

Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2001
The 1st year was great, no problems, quiet, everything worked real well. Now, well, there's noisy neighbors, parking is tight at times, the ceiling has a couple of water stains, the dishwasher is getting ready to fall apart, the carpet is getting worn, but it's still not too bad to live in. Just ready to get out and get into a house. Kitchens are small too, and closets aren't that big. I live in the largest 1 bedroom apt (the one with a study).
I also think that the entire staff was cleaned out, and it's new mgmt and maintenance, which I liked the old staff better.
