Does Skyler Ridge Follow the Kansas Residential Landlord Tenant Act'

Does Skyler Ridge Apartments follow the Kansas Residential Landlord Tenant Act (KRLTA), which is the state law they must comply with, and does Skyler Ridge follow their Rental Agreement' If you are going to live at Skyler Ridge, get a copy of the KRLTA and watch Skyler Ridge and their attorney very closely. Do not fall for the "nice" routine, because they will turn on you when you point out their failures to the Rental Agreement and the KRLTA. Never trust the General Manager or their attorney, because they are going to do what is best for Skyler Ridge only. Also, their attorney is not allowed to act as a judge under the KRLTA, and he only represents Skyler Ridge Apartments. Do not speak to him, get everything in writing from him, and do not accept his statements as law or fact. It is amazing how little they want to do with you, when you point out their failures, breaches, and violations to the Rental Agreement and the KRLTA. Do not be intimidated by the General Manager or their attorney, and they will try to intimidate you. Maybe you will not have a problem with Skyler Ridge, but Skyler Ridge tenants need to realize that they have rights under the KRLTA and Skyler Ridge must comply with this state law and the Rental Agreement. Sure, it is an excellent price, but Skyler Ridge will stick it to you one way or another, unless you like sucking up to the General Manager.
