Got a great deal on the apartment, signed lease and moved in... one month later they "ammended" our lease to have us pay water... a utility that was supposed to be paid by the complex. The doors and windows are not sealed well so beware of heating and cooling costs, and the vents produce a HORRID amount of dust. Its like living on a dirt road. Otherwise it is very nice. The staff seems very friendly and concerned about how thing are going often. Maintenance is very prompt, and do a great job. Also, the price is IDEAL for the area. Veterans beware of deployment conflict. Overall nice place. Layout is WONDERFUL. Location PERFECT. Very spacious. :)
