The lease breakage fee is too high. It is very steep for software professionals who do not know how long their contract assignments last. Since lay off is the law of the day, if we get laid off, we find work in another city. In case we move to another city, we need to break the lease and it is too high. Mail box is very far away. The apartment authorities should do a thorough move in inspection before they lease the apartment out. When I moved in, the apartment had lots of bugs and spiders. The dining room doesn?t get adequate light. Kitchen is very small to hold all the gadgets. It will be better if they provide pantry.

We cannot lock the door from inside. The maintance guy can move into the apartment anytime. Once I was in the bathroom and the maintenance guy suddenly entered the house. So, it is better if they put some lock in the front door so the inmates can lock from inside.
