I HAVE LIVED HERE 18 MONTHS AND I HAVE HAD NO PROBLEMS. THE STAFF IS VERY ATTENTIVE, AND WHENEVER THERE IS ANY NEED BY MAINTAINENCE, THEY RESPOND THE SAME DAY AND LEAVE A COPY OF THEIR WORK ORDER IN MY APARTMENT WHEN THEY ARE DONE. I FIND THE GROUNDS VERY NICE AND THEY ARE KEPT UP. THE BRICK BUILDINGS MAKE UTILITES LESS EXPENSIVE.
