Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
 
my apartment flooded 3-4 time during my year due to plumbing problems from upstairs tenants.

they office staff were all snotty except the manager

groundskeeping practically non-existant-trash and large dirt patches that were not sodded

nice apt layout, but expensive utilites
