Positives:
- great location, as it is close to businesses, shopping malls and freeways.
- mmmmm, that's it.

Negatives:
- poorly designed
- poor cross-ventilation...one big reason why their bathrooms get mold and mildew pretty quickly.
- rent increases every other lease cycle, without any proper justification. Quality of service has not improved though.
- sometimes takes a couple of calls to get your maintenance work done.
- water accumulation creates swamps.
- management can't get the windows cleaned as there is thick deposit on them over the period of years.
- outdated dishwashers have burned my plastic utensils.
- BUGS!!
- very few resident functions in a year.
- lease breakage can put a dent in your life.
- exorbitant market rent...no explanation why'

How can they be charging so much as compared to some other apartment communities that have double the ratings than them, but still almost at par on the rent''
