Only 369 days left on my lease and I'm counting every one.

My apartment was filthy when I moved in. The apartment reeks of cat urine when it's been closed up in the heat all day and I don't own a cat. The painters paint over everything, including electric cords, outlets, even the circuit breaker outlets in the bathrooms which is a safety issues. My neighbors are also noisy. The prices seem high, but I am new to the area. Parking is ok, but, there's not very many extra spaces for guests. They only allow 1 vehicle per apartment but they don't enforce it. The apartments are poorly designed. The heat/air is next to the master bedroom and wakes you up at night. I've found it impossible to find a comfortable setting on the thermostat, the temp fluctuates widely. The maintenance personel do not pay attention to what is written on the work orders. I have had 3 work orders in the first month I've been here and they didn't do what was asked on any of them the first time.

The info this user has posted about 1 car per apartment is downright false. I can't vouch for the painting problems for your apartment, but mine is not that way.
