I've lived here for coming on two years. The only real problems I've had come from other tenants. The staff is very friendly and willing to help with any needs that might arise. The rent is going up for our third year lease, but that's not unusual. No increase happened for the second year.

I truthfully have not heard of any of the problems that I see posted here. I'm not going to contest them, but always take what you read on the internet with a grain of salt.
