I think some of the positive comments are posted by people who work there. Seriously, If you are thinking of renting, please don't.

The neighbors' apartment smelled strongly of curry and we had to walk around the long way to avoid passing by too close. Our apartment was infested with rodents and roaches that we noticed within a week of moving in. Complaints to the management fell on deaf ears. When the exterminator showed up on a routine call we expressly asked if he saw anything wrong, and he said that previous to us moving there, the place was shared by a couple of teens going to school and it used to be filthy. They must have kept food in the bathrooms because we saw fruit flies hovering around the bathroom sink. They eventually disappeared. The toilets were always getting stopped up. The dryer exhaust area had a gaping hole that never got fixed. The toilet seats were yellowed due to cigarette smoke from the previous tennants but we were charged damages when we moved out.
We had to make repeated calls for the same maintenance problem and when they showed up, they were incompetent and smelled like they hadn't showered in weeks! Notwithstanding they were NEVER able to fix simple leaks and such the first time. Each maintenance took four times as long as they should have most often overnight... when they showed up to begin with. The bedroom windows leaked when it rained and we were told by maintenance that there was nothing they could do. I am 55 years old and have lived in apartments all over the US due to frequent job transfers but this place is amazing... simply wretched!!
EVERYTHING about the place was way below par. The maintenance was atrocious; the technicians have no skills and the office bunnies don't seem to know much! They are polite but IGNORANT!!
