I have lived at SR for almost 2 years. When my lease is up I am absolutely out of here. Recently, we had a bird stuck in our chimney and when the office was contacted about it they said this was not considered a maintenance emergency so they would not take car of it until Monday (the call was placed saturday morning). Meanwhile the bird is scratching and flapping in the chimney fighting for its life. I don't see how having your residents listen to an animal suffer is the best way to keep tenants.

You could have called Animal Control or Animal/Pet rescue. Search Google and you will find society names & numbers.
