I have lived in this complex for 2 years and have never experienced any issues. The staff is courteous, and maintenance takes care of requests in a timely manner. The location is great, with all necessary shopping and entertainment literally across the street. The area is safe and clean and the property is well maintained. The layout of the aparments are sort of strange, but it's manageable. I don't think there is a better deal in the area.
