The apartment is very conveniently located on 115th Street & Metcalf. That is the only plus in this apartment. My wife and I have lived here for 1.3 years and we are terminating our contract and moving out. In the front steps of the apartment some wasps have build a nest (around 50-100 of them buzzing around) and I contacted the manager over a weekago about this problem. They still have not done anything about it as they do not consider this as a problem!
