Great Hike in Room Rent

I've really don't know on what basis they let us know about rent details. At first, I've liked this apt alot because everything is at walkable distance. But later on, after staying for 2 years these are the merits and demerits that I've found:
** New management Will have to improve their skills:
I have given 2 referals when there was an old management and they want me to deduct that 125 dollars referal amount in my following rent. But new management kept on saying that they will send the check after 60 days of referal notice. But its already been 90 days now and I did not get the next 2 Referals at all. When I went and ask them again about referal amount, they say that they lost the paper. Interesting!! I gona stop referring to these guys.
** Just one gym in this big Complex
I tried going to gym in the weekdays in the evening several times. I've seen so many people waiting in the queue.. I guess we need another gym.
** How much is the Rent of the skylerRidge Apts'
I'm trying my level best to understand the inflation in rent from past one year. Can you believe that the rent is increased from 650 dollars to 735 dollars just within 7 months period.(I knew this because I've given 4 referals). I found out that just within 2 months of period, they are increasing the rent by 15 dollars. On what basis does this management tell us the rent. I need to understand that though.
** Great stove
This is just unusual and it happened just to me. No hard feelings huh. I've given complaint saying that the big burner is giving me the problem. I guess he fixed it and from then on, I need to wait for 1hr to boil eggs. Then again, I've complaint against it, and the guy kept a note saying that "The burner should not be kept in high mode. This is the way how it should work" Man, I've to spent around 2 hrs just for cooking. Do you know whom should I complaint to'
Conclusion: Nice apt but I feel that the apt should be renovated again.
