There are individuals in this world that enjoy the spirit of NO and I have never met a management staff that falls into that category so stringently and with such vigor. It seems to empower them to be able to deny you all they can and this is supposed to be your "home" for a year. That is over $8,000 you are going to hand over to someone this year so they can make your life as difficult as they possibly can. Baffling.

So, if you enjoy NO customer service, whatsoever - live here, because this staff actually enjoys the spirit of NO! It has to be a sad existence to get pleasure from causing others agravation!

Can't we all just get along!

yes this is what they do with tenents, perfectly true. If you have option don't take this aprtment
