Not bad From: mhealey78 Date posted: 5/23/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   I've lived here for almost a year now and it's not that bad at all. The staff always seems nice and friendly, the maintenance man has been timely with any issues, they have a decent workout room. It's also close to everything which is nice. We've never had a huge issue. The apartment was a little drafty in the winter, but it's an older complex, what do you expect' During this time our energy bill was astronomical, but you deal with it. I do suggest you look at the apartment you will be moving into beforehand because the appliances are older. There is nothing wrong with this place, those that are complaining probably just have nothing better to do with their time.
