It sounds like I am living at a different complex than a lot of the other people that posted! I believe Skyler Ridge to be the best value for it's location. I have had no issues with noisy neighbors and have lived here for 4 years. Any maintenance issues I have had are always resolved quickly and professionally without much fuss. The staff, though kind of cold (depending on with whom you are speaking) have never been rude to me. It is a huge complex and I feel that they manage it pretty efficiently. The best feature to me is the location- any resident who lives in this area in any other complex would be paying about a third again what they pay here and for half the space. I have been very happy here and will stay until I buy a home!

I agree with you, it isn't that bad. Ann is the rude one at the office, the others are nice. There have been water issues but nothing that is earth shattering. I am choosing to move because of my neighbor who doesn't seem to have a job or a clue that he isn't the only person renting at Skyler Ridge. I know there are "normal" living noises but this person is the most inconsiderate person I have had to deal with. He keeps me up between the hours of midnight and 3am doing who knows what. The quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. I have complained numerous times and nothing is being done about his noise level.

I just found this site. I agree... Anne is just the most awful mean spirited person I have ever met, but she is gone! AND... I am glad! The office people are very nice now!
