I can say is Stay Away. The unit I am in had a problem with rats. I called and requested maintenance to exterminate. Although, they said they did. My baby swing got ate up so bad from the rats in my storage I had to throw it away. As well as my baby clothes I was storing there. The complex leaves large trash dumpsters in the parking lot where the rats next and have their families. I would not recommend this place unless you do not mind having rats as neighbors.

Perhaps you do not clean your apartment! Can you set your own traps?

Did you baby drop food on the swing that the mice were trying to eat? Maybe if you had cleaned it completely before storing it you wouldn't have had a probem??? Also, seriously... you are complaining that your apartment has dumpsters? Every apartment I have lived at has dumpsters. I don't get it.
