We have had nothing but problems since we moved in here. We have never gotten a copy of our lease and have asked 4 or 5 times for a copy. We have mold spots in our living room and have complained about them several times. Our faucets do not work in the master bath. Our dishwasher has all the pegs rotting off. We have complained about our noisy and disruptive neighbors several times. When we originally moved in they told us they didnt have problems with the noise because 2 noise violations and you are out. That is not happening. Last night our neighbors ran around drunk outside in their underwear and tried to jump the fence to the pool afterhours. This is a horrible place to live and greatly discourage it. Our car has also been hit in the parking lot and there have been numerous breakins of cars in our lot. The patio above us also leaks alot of water and is starting to fall down.

Have you ever called the manager to ask about the maintenance problems you are having? My experiance has been great. Maybe they just need reminded that there is an issue... ? I also suggest maybe calling the police on your neighbors. That might get them to settle down. If you are having the issues you stated above why don't you try to contact someone about it????
