Expensive but worth it

Parking:
There is enough parking in the lot for each building. Have always been able to find a spot in the lot for my building.
Noise Level:
I live on the first floor and I can hear the neighbor above me walking around from time to time. I am lucky though this neighbor is usually not home. As far as the neighbors to the side of me insulation is great, have not heard them once.
Grounds:
Grounds are well kept no complaints here.
Safety:
Parking lot could be a little for well lit. Nice neighborhood though, no weirdos walking around at night that I do not recognize.
Construction:
The interior of the apartment is average compared to other complexes. Have had a few small issues hear and there. But nothing major at all.
Issues:
-Fruit Flies:
Had to have the exterminator spay two times over two months seems to have cleared up though. When I called the bug man was not scheduled for another two weeks. They called and my apartment was sprayed the next day.
-Shower door:
Show door came off the track on a regular basis. Had to have the part replaced twice, since the second time no further problems.
-Weather stripping:
Had to replace the stripping on one door twice. Since the second time no further problems.
Draft:
Doors are little drafty nothing to major though.
Maintenance:
Maintenance has been pretty good, issues seems to be resolved within 24 for 48 hours. Maintenance crew seems to be trustworthy actually helped me with some shoveling around my car after large snow storm.
Office Staff:
The ladies in the office have been pretty good so far. They seem to be pretty friendly and attentive.
Overall Stone Post Ranch is good complex but is a little on the expensive side. If you can afford to spend a little more than you really should be. You might want to check out the Ranch.
