I love it here at Stone Post Ranch.You do NOT have to hold a 500 thousand dollar renters insurence policy.You only need $20,000 coverage and it is only $130 a year to be covered.The staff is extremely friendly and treats thier residents like family.They always have socail events with door prizes or free food which is always great.The maintenance is the best.When you have a problem they get to it usually same day if they are not able to it will be done within 24 hours.They also have 24 hr emergengy maintenance and you can not beat the amnities here.Stand up tanning,sand beach pool,golf driving range,fitness room adn beach volley ball.I wouldn't be happy living any where else after living here.

Ha Ha this is too funny. I think these ratings are extremely WRONG. My boyfriend and I came out in September 06' to look for apartments. After a week of dreadful looking we finally came across Stone Post - we immediately said yes. However; we were involved in a bait and switch that or they just wanted to lease out our apartment. We were supposed to be moving into 13001 however; when the day we were arriving I called and they had switched us to 12921. When we arrived it was apparent that they had not done a proper walk through before we came. The garage door wasn't working, their was asian hair all over, the island counter top wasn't even fastened, they replaced a piece of carpet and it didn't match the rest, the cabinet doors were filthy with googy orange stuff, Bottom line - it was disgusting and we are continuing to look for a different place. These people suck - and they made it sound like they were going to make it up to us - hell, they made me feel bad for having them do the basics of fixing the place to how it should have been. Ha ha how the hell did they do me any favors. I think its really funny how they told us we could use the work out room and the tanning bed at anytime. ---- we can only use it during their hours the conc. is there which is never. Most people do work and/or go to school so when it opens most residents are gone and when it closes we are coming home. Its just used as a selling point. I could go on forever- They BLOW.
