Being here since before half of the comunity was built, before the pool was finished, and before there was asphault layed things have been just... OK. The staff treats you like "royalty" in the begining. They couldn't tell you if I even live here now. Maintenance has been good, however I have never had to call them for anything of great concern. Which has been nice. When we first moved in, everyone was very friendly. Now we have seen some very questionable activity on property. The pool and surrounding area isn't large enough to accomodate the amount of people on property, that and they don't monitor who is in there. There have been a lot of non residents using the ammenities. There have been a lot of broken promises. "We will be getting a play area for the kids", "We will be installing more grills for cooking out on property", "We will watch for non residents using the amenities" and on and on... The lawn care is nice, if you want to wash your car everyday, and after you clean your car you get to drive back through the slimy, muddy water runoff from the sprinklers. Don't get your hopes up for something spectacular here. It's just another community... There are cheaper apartments in this area with the same amenities.
