I have been a resident at the Post for 2 years. Unfortunately, I am moving to another state for a job and will truly miss this complex. Blossom and Petals will miss it as well!!!!

The Office Staff:
I cannot say enough about the staff. The manager is extremely friendly and very willing to make you happy no matter the circumstances. I had a major issue which was handled immediately and the situation was resolved perfectly. The leasing agents are fun, happy, and very friendly as well. I enjoyed being around them so much I made a point to talk to them at least once a week. They absolutely adore my dogs and looked forward to seeing them with me. They would ask where they were if I did not have them! I saw three concierges during my stay here. All of them were very helpful, friendly, and engaging. I never felt like my happiness didn't matter.

The Maintenance Staff:
Their maintenance team is responsive and friendly. I have never had an issue which went unattended. From installing a ceiling fan to re-insulating my front door ... these people work hard to ensure you are satisfied with your apartment. If you have a problem and bring it to the attention of the manager right away these people will fix the problem within 48 hours - usually same day.

The Grounds:
Although I have had issues with feces not being picked up by everyone, overall the grounds are very well taken care of. They do have a policy here that you must pick up after you pets. Since they cannot know who doesn't do it, enforcing the policy relies on other residents outing the violators. They have installed doggie stations which is very convenient. As of summer 2007, they installed several bbq grills with picnic tables which have received lots of use. The snow removal team is absolutely fabulous and quick to respond to icy and white weather.

The Pool Area:
All I can say is WOW!! Awesome bbq pit, music, beach entrance to the pool (complete with sand!), sand volleyball court, putting green, and driving range. What more could you want'! No children are allowed without a parent and they do enforce this policy.

The Complex Community:
The staff is always thinking of new ways to get people together at the clubhouse or pool in order to meet each other. In the spring and fall there are flower potting parties, wine tastings, beer and pizza, beer tastings, holiday parties, and just about anything else you can think of. The weight room is wonderful and hardly ever full. They also have a stand-up tanning bed for free use. I can t see why anyone would be disappointed here.

I do not work for Price Brothers or Stonepost Ranch. I am just a very pleased resident and hope this review helps those of you looking to move here. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!
