I have lived at Stonepost for 9 months, and I am so unhappy. The doors are so drafty my electric bill is horrible. The staff writes notes on the doors threating you with noise control when you are not even in the state. They do not salt the ice, in front of our building its like an ice rink. My neighbor is elderly and she is scared to even walk to her car. Parking is the worst, never anywhere to park.

I completely agree. The parking lot is very dangerous in the winter. Plus, the staff is horribly unfriendly. Whenever I have to do any type of business with the staff it always seems as if they are too busy to bother with me. When I go to the clubhouse they have made me wait until they finished chatting with each other about nothing business related. Then even once they are done chatting they act like it is a hassle to help out a tenant. I avoid working with the staff at all costs. The apartment complex is nice as long as you can avoid working with the staff.
