This apartment complex was great until my roommate and I started noticing things missing in our apartment. We heard them coming in one day and they left the front door WIDE open. VERY sketcky. I am missing ALOT of cash that I had in my room,little things here and there we noticed missing throughout the first few months. The management completly denied this(of course they would). The pool is amazing,but sucks at the same time. There is a 2 guest limit(so when I had 3 friends in from out of town) they were asked by the pool guard to leave. No passes for friends or family on special occasions,so if you have family in town and you want to go to the pool your out of luck. Most of the staff is professional but one afternoon this summer a leasing agent got so drunk she was throwing up in the sand,and couldn't even walk. Classy huh' But management could have all the friends and family they wanted at the pool. So, I couldnt even get a chair and I pay rent but their friends were all taken care of. Really thin walls,thank God I have nice neighbors or else we would get noise complaints all the time for simply walking around our apartment. Never had an issue with the neighbors,all seem nice. Crazy electric bills,never home and it's always over $120.00!! So overall, it's just ok,just get an alarm if you choose to live here. Nice at first but wouldn't renew my lease.
