Where do I begin' There are so many negative qualities about this place. Lets start off with the electric bill Dec and Jan my bill was 456.34, the front door is so drafty its doesnt make any sense at all. The maintence crew feels like they can just come in your apt when they feel like it. The manager is so fake, My downsatirs neighbor always plays loud music well I was on vacation for 7 days and when I came back there was a note on my door saying I was in violation of a rule for loud music, I called and spoke with Jamie and explained to her I was out of town so I could not have been making loud noises she said well the neighbor said it was you so if it happens again you will have violated your lease. I then in turned sent a copy of my plane info and hotel bill for Las Vegas to her, well when I called her a few days later and asked if she recieved my info she said yes but did'nt apologize or anything. The following week I came home and there was another note on my door saying the dog barking was out of control, well I do not have a dog. My neighbor below me has 3 large dogs in a one bedroom apartment, but they say there are a weight limit, I can't tell. So, a few weeks ago my lease was up I chose not to renew, well I had the apartment cleaned so I could get my dp back well I didnt get it back they charged me for the ceiling fans to be cleaned the shower doors to be cleaned and the apartment to be painted, but I thought that was normal wear and tear. Price management does'nt care about the happiness of their tenants they charge a crazy amount of money to rent their cheap apartments.
