The apartments are very nice and well kept up. The office manager is where all the problems lie. I was kicked out of my apartment for ONE noise complaint, which happened while I was gone for the weekend. I was told that once I moved I would not have a remaining balance with them. Low and behold, I received a $600 bill on top of my move out expenses. If you call in, don't expect a return call from the manager, and don't expect her to be honest with you!

This person needs to be a little more clear on the situation to be fair. Numerous noise and mess complaints about a pet that the resident failed to put on the lease is hardly "ONE noise complaint"

I get so annoyed when office staff get on this site to explain themselves (anonymously, no less). It isn't professional - if someone wants to complain about their eviction, let them! Don't lower yourself by firing off a defensive response. Most reasonable people know that one noise complaint isn't going to get anyone kicked out, anyway.

Really? Only one? If you were the resident on the top floor in apt 2104 there were multiple complaints from 3 different residents about your dog, which as was noted, wasn't even on your lease. If you wouldn't have let your dog poo and pee in neighbors yards (and not pick up the poo) and yell "Riley" down the stairs for your dog to come upstairs and also yell to "Go pee/poop". Maybe,... you would still have a residence here. Thank you. :) Oh, and P.S. To be evicted from an apartment at this complex, there has to be at LEAST 3 (THREE) noise complaints.
