My bf and I lived here from 2004-2008. Initially we really liked things and the staff was great. After the first two years little things started to change: took a few days for maintenance to fix things and apartment across from me had the cops there three times in one month. The area the apartment is located in is also becoming "iffy" (near a walmart that I would not visit unless I absolutely had to!). Oh, and the two pools are ALWAYS overcrowded - either running with tons of kids (and no parents) or tenants bringing 15 of their friends. I knew one of the girls that initially worked in the office and she said (after leaving) that they were under new mgmt, along with a few other choice words. The apartment itself was very nice, but you should get more for what they charge. Make sure to do your homework!
