(user photo) The mold I mentioned. Bleach will remove it but you'll have to keep a towel in your windows at all times to absorb the condensation to prevent it.

(user photo) Ants are coming in from behind the MBR medicine cabinet. (user photo) I'm guessing there is a leak behind the shower wall since this was repaired before and it getting worse. (user photo) When we requested this be repaired, it was painted over.

I love it at Lakes at Lion's Gate. The staff made us feel welcome and fixed a mistake with a better outcome. We have the very best view in the whole North and South side complex. Not to even mention that the location of the apartment complexes itself are in a great location. I've referred all of my friends here, as a few have already moved in.
