(user photo) The mold I mentioned. Bleach will remove it but you'll have to keep a towel in your windows at all times to absorb the condensation to prevent it.

(user photo) Ants are coming in from behind the MBR medicine cabinet. (user photo) I'm guessing there is a leak behind the shower wall since this was repaired before and it getting worse. (user photo) When we requested this be repaired, it was painted over.

THE GM IS HORRIBLE, does not care about staff

I have heard her just recently, today, talk rudely about her assistant to a resident in the parking lot. I went in to pay rent, and I would have to say at least 5 other people were waiting before me and it looked like only 1 person was working. I overheard the manager say it wasn't that difficult, her 2 employees that were working were incompetint. She said if she was working there would be any confusion. Pretty bold statement for someone who was leaving us all waiting.

Maint is great.
The property is beatiful. The mgmt is horrible. The last manager, the best they haved yet, is gone. My husband and I will not renew our lease. Truly!!! Honestly!!!
I am moving where the manager cares. Which is not here. Maybe across the street.
