(user photo) The mold I mentioned. Bleach will remove it but you'll have to keep a towel in your windows at all times to absorb the condensation to prevent it.

(user photo) Ants are coming in from behind the MBR medicine cabinet. (user photo) I'm guessing there is a leak behind the shower wall since this was repaired before and it getting worse. (user photo) When we requested this be repaired, it was painted over.

Best Deal In Town! Love My Apartment!

I just moved in and I love my new apartment. I have a huge balcony and TWO walk in closets in my 1-bedroom apartment plus TWO storage units and a carport included at no charge. Believe me, I've shopped around for months, I am very picky and always like to get the best deal possible. They definately had the most for my money. The office staff are really attentive and professional too. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to move to Johnson County!
