(user photo) The mold I mentioned. Bleach will remove it but you'll have to keep a towel in your windows at all times to absorb the condensation to prevent it.

(user photo) Ants are coming in from behind the MBR medicine cabinet. (user photo) I'm guessing there is a leak behind the shower wall since this was repaired before and it getting worse. (user photo) When we requested this be repaired, it was painted over.

The office staff atleast 2 of them are not very helpful and are sometimes very rude. They charge a lot of other fees for a new resident and for sure they will rise the rent when you try to renew the lease. The parking space is very less with bird ---- all over the car.
