(user photo) The mold I mentioned. Bleach will remove it but you'll have to keep a towel in your windows at all times to absorb the condensation to prevent it.

(user photo) Ants are coming in from behind the MBR medicine cabinet. (user photo) I'm guessing there is a leak behind the shower wall since this was repaired before and it getting worse. (user photo) When we requested this be repaired, it was painted over.

I was residing in North from 2005 to 2006. Location and Ametity is good. But.Staff>>Few staffs are good but overall we will experience shock in lease renewal.
They are not friendly and they always showed arrogance.
They will outright ignored you. They treat you as if they offer free accomodation and you are staying in their free service.
