Staff is horrible and stupid. Double check everything because they consistently make mistakes. I had to come in five times before they got all of the information in the lease correct. When renewing they tried to tell me that my rent would be increasing by only 2%. When the math was done correctly it was actually 8%. You'll have to wait forever when picking up a package.
However, beyond the office staff I found it a nice place to live. Great location, apartments are nice. It was a good buy when I got in but I think rates have gone up considerably since then. If you have enough patience to deal with the horrendous staff then I would recommend it. x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk

I'm a resident... and I have had several packages delivered here. I can get online and find that they have been signed for but the staff tells me about the package only like 50% of the time. They are rude. Also, they tried putting my fiancee and I in a handicapped apartment. Neither of us are handicapped. We went through the entire lease; signed every page... Then we saw the apartment... all handicapped. We got another one, just not in the location that we wanted and our rent was $40 more than what we were originally told.
