(user photo) The mold I mentioned. Bleach will remove it but you'll have to keep a towel in your windows at all times to absorb the condensation to prevent it.

(user photo) Ants are coming in from behind the MBR medicine cabinet. (user photo) I'm guessing there is a leak behind the shower wall since this was repaired before and it getting worse. (user photo) When we requested this be repaired, it was painted over.

We have been living here since about 7-8 months and I do agree with an earlier review that once you sign the lease document you see the other side of them.Rude and hopeless officials.I wish I cud cancel lease as soon as possible.We have given them an application for adding wife's name in the lease contract since the time we moved but to avail so far.
