I have been a resident at The Lakes At Lionsgate for 2 years now. I will admit that at one point when the leasing offices were combined into one that the staff was not the best but they were helpful. Definatley, never rude or "stupid" in my opinion. I have seen a great increase in customer service over the last few months. I think the new management put in place has had a great impact on that. When my lease was up for renewal for the 2nd time last month, I did not have any increase! I was surprised because everyone told me that they were famous for that, but I was offered another 12 month lease at the same exact price. I love my apartment! I love the amenities and I love my neighbors. The office staff makes an effort to do community things like breakfasts and just recently my husband and I took our kids to the Easter Egg hunt they held for our kids. The bus comes right into the community to pick the kids up. Blue Valley school district is the best. I love it here! P0MtU6TIdDkM23RTonAS
