The management of this property is AWFUL! That's with a capital "A"! I don't know what the other fake posters were saying but truly an overpriced poor excuse of a place to live. Perhaps the 2 out of 50 posters that posted positives for this property are staff members working there. What a joke! Do yourself a favor and move to the property across the street. If you're an out of towner moving into the OP, KS area there are better accomodating places than THE LAKES AT LIONSGATE. THE STAFF MEMBERS ARE INDEED RUDE! They don't give a damn about you but the bucks in your wallet. Watch out when you're moving out cause they'll find excuses after excuses to run away with your security deposit. Perhaps it is commission for them if they can make up the flaws and upper management splits the profit with them. What a scam this place is. The pool (People having sex in the hot tub and leaving condoms floating around in the pool - yuck! - Can you say, catch a virus'), and basketball/tennis courts are not kept up either. Hell, kids are alway skate boarding on the courts, sitting on the nets, and both tennis nets and basketball nets are always ripped. Looks like you living in Brooklyn, NY. Don't let the up-front image fool you. Trust me, I fell for it. Don't believe me, read all the 80 negative reviews. Majority says this place stinks, and it does!
