The apartment is under new management and they are aweful. I paid every singe rent payment ON TIME. They notified me of Eviction and I had paid everything on time!! When I called them their response was "oops, our bad" however they kept it on file that they had to notify me of eviction. They also kept $2000 of refund money they owed me for 3 months! The staff is rude and short with everyone. I was in the office one time and they were talking about and making fun of tenants. Very unprofessional! They told me over the phone that it was no big deal to give 30 day notice on paper. I just had to tell them that I was moving out at the end of the month over the phone and fill out the paper work later. Now they are sticking me with a $300 fine of pro-rated rent. So basically they are saying I have to live there 30 days post notification of moving out...minus they are making me move out in 21 days and charging me for 30 days, which is illegal. I am going to end up in court with these people. Please save yourself some SERIOUS trouble and pick one of the other 1000s of apartment complexes in Overland Park. RENT AT YOUR OWN RISK and if you choose to live here, get EVERYTHING in writting. They will act nice on the phone but when it comes down to it, they will stick it to you.

I will be moving in next month. That make me concern. How about the maintanance and amenity? What is $2000 for?

I live there as well. Maintenance and amenities are fine in my mind. The apartments are nice the grounds well maintained. But the staff is horrible. At least where my unit is there is adequate parking, little noise etc. The new management just took over recently though so we will see how it goes.
