(user photo) The mold I mentioned. Bleach will remove it but you'll have to keep a towel in your windows at all times to absorb the condensation to prevent it.

(user photo) Ants are coming in from behind the MBR medicine cabinet. (user photo) I'm guessing there is a leak behind the shower wall since this was repaired before and it getting worse. (user photo) When we requested this be repaired, it was painted over.

I dont know who the new owner is, but this place is getting worse all the time. We have filed several complaints, only to have them partially addressed. The pattern continues to repeat. I also know the new owner has a repuation in town for running down apartments, so I am getting out.
And can you believe those TACKY new promotional signs! HA, looks like DISNEYLAND or something.
