stolen rent!!!

a resident who lives here told me his rent was stolen by one of the office workers! He said he paid with a money order and the girl took it and paid her own rent with it. They traced it back to her. So warning to all,...do not pay your rent here with a money order because it could be stolen. Not a great property! I do believe this because the girl who stole his rent was fired! so it is not a rumor or hear say! Renters BEWARE!!!! AD2Hw9Wn8Umb3NN1w1jt

Apartment staff is really very rude. They have funny company policies. If your lease is expierd and you want to move in another appartment with a new lease you have to select a bigger appeartment, not the same size you are in currently. Or, find another apartment. Also if carpet is in bad condition they will not change it unless you vacant the apartment after your lease get expired. So even you have really bad carpet they will not replace it.

the property and the company itself are a total joke! I have lived in SEVERAL apartments in the OP area and I have NEVER been as disgusted with any other place as much as I am with this one! The girls in the office do a good job, given what they have to work with. but the manager and the owners are retarded! ------the manager is a total b**ch and totally ignores the residents and the problems they report. make no mistake, we pay her salary but by the way she treats people, you would never know. and don't expect to call the office and actually get to talk to her. you would think you're trying to talk to God the way she screens her calls. And PLEASE don't expect a returned call! I feel bad for the leasing girls because a lot of lacking comes off on them but what can you expect with the directions they are given from the manager and the owners. The first step for improvement needs to come from ------getting fired. but the owners are so stupid, they're just going to keep letting it get worse!
and don't even get me started on the maintenance staff...
