(user photo) The mold I mentioned. Bleach will remove it but you'll have to keep a towel in your windows at all times to absorb the condensation to prevent it.

(user photo) Ants are coming in from behind the MBR medicine cabinet. (user photo) I'm guessing there is a leak behind the shower wall since this was repaired before and it getting worse. (user photo) When we requested this be repaired, it was painted over.

These apartments are good. I recently renewed my lease as I could not find a better place than this in my price range.
I live on the lake side and I love the view, thats one of the reasons why I renewed my lease. But I have some bugs that visit often. I guess being on the lake side and 1st floor are the main reasons. But the management took care of them a couple of times when I complained, but they come back. Guess it should be a regular maintenance task, at least for the apartments on this side.

Recently, they started closing the weight room at 6PM. They don't open it until 10 AM. So technically, the weight room is just for records. If you are someone who works until 5, then please ignore the weight room. I talked with the staff and they said they can do nothing about it. I don't really know why they had to do something like that.
