(user photo) The mold I mentioned. Bleach will remove it but you'll have to keep a towel in your windows at all times to absorb the condensation to prevent it.

(user photo) Ants are coming in from behind the MBR medicine cabinet. (user photo) I'm guessing there is a leak behind the shower wall since this was repaired before and it getting worse. (user photo) When we requested this be repaired, it was painted over.

I have lived on the north side of the Lakes @ Lions Gate for 2 years. I have had zero problems with my unit, and the 1 time I needed a maintenance call they were here in just a few hours.

However since the property changed hands I can see some differences. For starters they have closed the business center on the north side and turned it into their storage. Before the north & south fitness centers both had weights/cardio. They now moved all the cardio to the south and all the weights to the north. In addition you can only use the north weight room during business hours. Not sure what happened.

Basically the ammenities have went down, but they still advertise them, and the prices have gone up!
