I've been living here for about a year now, and it's a pretty good place for the money. Washers and dryers are included, nice patio, very quiet neighborhood, and an extremely clean environment. There are a couple annoyances throughout my stay - Bug Problem, and Gym closing early. I've had ants infesting the bedroom and kitchen on two separate occasions, but management took care of it so it's ok. As some of the other reviewers have already stated, the gym is open from 10 am to 5 pm, during the time when most people work. It's accurate to say that this is just to put on paper to make the place more appealing.
