(user photo) The mold I mentioned. Bleach will remove it but you'll have to keep a towel in your windows at all times to absorb the condensation to prevent it.

(user photo) Ants are coming in from behind the MBR medicine cabinet. (user photo) I'm guessing there is a leak behind the shower wall since this was repaired before and it getting worse. (user photo) When we requested this be repaired, it was painted over.

I have only lived here a month and I have already had to call five times about my upstairs neighbors. They are vaccuuming and playing music at all hours of the night. I keep being told they are giving warnings, but it sure doesn't seem that way. I requested they speak with their manager and call me back, which never happened. The walls are so think you can hear everything your neighbor does. I don't plan on staying after my lease is up. I just wish I had never moved here to begin with.
