Nothing but excuses from the office

I should have followed the advice written on here before I signed my lease. Now even if I want to leave, it will cost me $3200.00. They call themselves a A property....I would like to know what makes them so A ' The bugs here are ridiculous. There are rolly pollys, ants, centipedes, spiders, roach like bugs, and something that I swear had giant pinchers on the front. They have "sent out the pest control people" and we even spray ourselves every month. But last night as I'm sitting on my bed with my 2 month old daughter, I see one of those centipede's crawling not a foot from her head. Bugs are making their way onto my bed either by crawling up the wall or up the bed skirt. I've also had worms making their way in and drying up and dying on my carpet. The maintenance manager says that he lives on property (which I was told employees can't live on property) on the second floor and has the same problem and we just have to deal with it. The apartment manager says, "We aren't sending the bugs into your apartment". Well obviously but I do believe that being an A property would be grounds for having a well maintained property. There is water damage on every building but the apartment office. Every ground floor apartment has rusted doorways and every breezeway is dirty. When I moved in there was a dead mouse by my door that we had to dispose of becuase the apartment office never did. Do no rent here. I've lived in income based apartments that were cleaner and had a more responsive office staff.
