I have been living here since the summer. I am extermely happy with my home. Maintenance is very quick to respond and personable when they arrive. I love the quality of my home, the beautiful moldings (throughout the entire home, NOT just living room, etc.), wall color, wall texture, appliances & included car port. The washer/dryer (that came with my home) are larger and have more settings than the pair I previously owned (and later sold), and are great! I have found the residents to be very friendly (and have made friends already), the grounds beautiful & amenities wonderful. I would highly recommend this property!

Does anyone else think that this reads just like a paid advertisement? Some of that sounds as if it came straight out of a brochure! Oh well, more than half of the reviewers are telling it like it is (negative reviews).

No, I don't think my post read like a paid advertisement. I wanted to give the kind of information that I needed when I was looking for a place. I'm not a "paid sponsor," etc., just happy where I live.

Seriously?? They could have spared the crown molding and actually but some insulation in these cheap buildings. I would rather not hear everything my upstairs neighbors does. This beyond any noise I have EVER heard in any apartment I have lived in before. And I have always lived on the first floor. And they have to give you a car port since they provide little uncovered parking. And as long as you have small car you can actually park your car in it. I agree-this is a pretty fake sounding apartment. It does not seem at all like someone who is truly renting here.
