I've lived here for almost two years. When we first moved in we had trouble with water intrusion; the superintendent came in and put box fans and sprayed antibacterial into our carpet. When the new management firm took over, they hired a new superintendent who told me that a mushroom growing out of my carpet was not signs of mold. The other day I spoke with the apartments manager on duty and her supervisor at the property management company based out of O'Fallon, MO; both women hung up on me while I was trying to discuss an issue I had. DO NOT LIVE HERE!! It has been a horrible experience for my wife and I.

I have been hung up on numerous times by these "professionals". I think that pretty much sums up the place.

You are not the only one, I heard a lot of people say that they hung up on them while discussing about such problems. I guess they don't really care about your problems.

This place is going downhill fast! Read up on the Ks landlord/tenant laws. Put your complaints in writing, and take pictures. Get the health department involved. There are certain things that the management/owners are required to do to maintain their apartments. If enough people make enough of a fuss, Lakes at Liongate will either clean up their act or allow tenants out of their leases.
