(user photo) The mold I mentioned. Bleach will remove it but you'll have to keep a towel in your windows at all times to absorb the condensation to prevent it.

(user photo) Ants are coming in from behind the MBR medicine cabinet. (user photo) I'm guessing there is a leak behind the shower wall since this was repaired before and it getting worse. (user photo) When we requested this be repaired, it was painted over.

I will give as much of an objective review as possible. Overall, I'd say that this complex is actually slightly above average. There's a racquetball court 2 tennis courts, and parking/garbage has never been an issue. Washer/dryer are included plenty of closet/storage space, and a great location. The price is also very reasonable.
Demographics have changed greatly - a lot more -------. If you are an Indian, then this is a great community. If not...then well, that decision is up to you, but I certainly wouldn't use the swimming pool during the summer. Weight training center is closed at 6 PM. If you get out of work later than that, then you can only use it on weekends.
