Still like, but starting to go downhill

I used this website to help me decide on a quality apartment complex two years ago, and am sad to find that this complex has gone from around 80% recommended 2 years ago, to only 40% now. Though I've not had many issues, I do want to move somewhere nicer, but don't want to do the moving, so I will be staying another year. I agree that since management has changed, about a year ago is my guess, the maintenance has gone downhill, but it's not the maintenance crew themselves, it's the fact that there are like two of them servicing the entire complex; just seems a little ridiculous. We've had a couple maint. emergencies, such as no heat in the winter and our water heater went out; these were after hours, and were taken care of right away. The grounds is where maint. lacks - when it's snowy, the complex is horrible to have to drive through b/c the little clearing that happens is too little too late. I do agree that there is a very large Indian demographic at this complex, but that doesn't bother me at all. Everyone in my building is quiet and polite though I don't know any of them. Sometimes I can hear the dog running in the apartment above me, but not enough to disturb whatever I'm doing. I don't care much for the staff, they just don't seem too friendly or personable, which to me, are qualities you want in leasing staff. I do recommend this complex as it is decent enough, though I think if you look hard, you can find something nicer for the price.
